LLQ-3The type cylinder leak analyzer is suitable for detecting whether the cylinder seal of automobile engine is within the allowable air leakage range, and further from the fault phenomenon analysis to judge its leakage location and cause, so as to take measures to eliminate the fault.

Principle:

The test principle is that when the engine is static and the piston is at the stop point on the stroke, a certain amount of compressed air is injected into the cylinder. The time it takes for the cylinder to drop to a specified value, reflecting the amount of air leakage. The shorter the time, the greater the amount of air leakage; Conversely, the smaller the amount of air leakage. If continuously fed into the fixed pressure air can also be judged to cause the main part of the leak, in order to have a targeted maintenance of the engine.

How to use it:

For ease of testing, the test sequence of each cylinder is carried out according to the ignition order of the cylinder, and the crankshaft turns every half turn (180°), A cylinder can be tested.

Leakage site Judgment:

Start the air compressor, to the external stop point of the cylinder air supply, with the pressure control valve will be controlled at 0.6MPa, carefully listen to the leakage sound, in order to judge the cylinder leakage site. If the leakage sound is heard at the carburetor, indicating that the inlet valve is not sealed, such as at the muffler mouth of the exhaust pipe to hear the sound of air leakage, indicating that the exhaust valve is not sealed, such as in the oil mouth to listen, generally there is a leak sound, a slight small sound is normal; If a bubble is seen coming out of the water at the radiator water outlet, it indicates that the cylinder pad is burnt out, causing the cylinder to collude with the water sleeve, and if the air leakage sound is heard at the adjacent cylinder spark plug of the cylinder, indicating that the cylinder pad burns between the two cylinders and the punching cylinder occurs.
