1,Automotive Testing EquipmentCrankshaft Position Sensor

3,Linear output throttle position sensor detection

2) Dynamic detection: line conductivity of the current detection to the ignition switch, with the multimeter voltage file test power supply voltage, in the engine idling began to measure the signal voltage power contact point.

 

5、Automotive Testing EquipmentInlet manifold pressure Sensor

The pressure sensor of automobile inlet pipe is divided into voltage type automobile inlet pipe pressure sensor (semiconductor piezoresistive type, membrane box type transmission), frequency type automobile inlet pipe pressure sensor (capacitive type, surface elastic wave type).

The automotive intake manifold pressure sensor is mounted on the intake manifold, engine compartment and engine computer.

1) Open circuit detection: Turn off the ignition switch, unplug the sensor plug, use the multimeter ohm block pressure to measure the resistance value of the dynamic resistance of each terminal.

2) When using a multimeter to detect different types of signals, different gears should be used. The voltage signal adopts DC voltage block, and the frequency signal adopts frequency block. Unplug the intake pressure sensor Plug and turn on the ignition switch. The voltage between the VCC and E2 terminals on the cable plug should be 4.5-5.5 v. If there is no voltage, check the circuit and ECU between the ECU and the sensor. Plug back, remove the vacuum hose from the sensor, turn on the ignition switch, and measure the output voltage at the upper end of the electronic control Unit connector under atmospheric pressure.

 

6, Traffic sensor

Vehicle flow sensor is divided into traffic sensor and vehicle mass flow sensor. Installed in air filters, throttle, inlet pipe and other locations.

 

1) Vehicle flow sensor detection:

Static detection: multimeter to measure the resistance value of each end, guide the state dynamic detection of ignition switch, airflow size measurement of the corresponding resistance value.

7, Car water temperature sensor

The vehicle water temperature sensor detects the temperature of the engine cooling water and enters the temperature signal as the control signal of other control systems into the electronic control unit to obtain the correct fuel injection and ignition timing signal. It is usually mounted on engine cylinders, cylinder heads and pipe fittings.

2) Unplug the sensor cable, turn on the ignition switch, determine whether the ECU power supply is 5 V, and then measure its signal end voltage.

 

8、Automotive Testing EquipmentCamshaft Position Sensor

The camshaft position sensor uses the gas to collect the position signal of the camshaft and input it to identify the stop point of the cylinder compression, so as to carry out sequential injection control, ignition time control and detonation control. Mounted on the camshaft.
